Warranty Policy

Refund/Exchange Policy:

• 0-2 weeks after purchase: A 25% processing and restocking fee will apply.
• 2-4 weeks after purchase: A 50% processing fee will apply.
• After 4 weeks: No refunds will be granted outside of approved warranty claims.

Limited Warranty and Limited Remedy:

KlarSchutz Folien GmbH warrants FlexiShield paint protection film lines to be free from manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers:

• Fading & Color change
• Cracking
• Bubbling
• Delamination

Warranty Details by Product:

• FlexiShield DFR: 5-year warranty.
• FlexiShield DFR PRO: 7-year warranty.
• FlexiShield MAT: 10-year warranty.
• FlexiShield Cosmetic PPF: 5-year warranty.

PPF Aftercare Instructions:

• First 7 days: Do not wash your car.
• Avoid using towels to wipe the film edges directly.
• Avoid high-pressure car washes closer than 50cm.
